I’ll share everything that you need to know about birth in an honest and understandable way leaving you feeling prepared, confident and positive about that special day.
Private Courses
This is a complete birth preparation course for just you and your birth partner and can be arranged around our joint commitments.
I can tailor the course to suit your individual needs so that you can feel truly ready for that special day.
Enjoy preparing positively for your birth from the comfort of your own home (great if you have other little people in your life) or mine if you prefer (or live too far away).
Online Courses
Enjoy my ‘face to face ‘experience from wherever you may be!
I will beam onto your screen live from my living room and share all things birth with you, using Zoom.
This is a live course not a series of pre-recorded videos, most of us learn best when we are able to interact with others.
As with all of my courses you will receive my personal support from when you sign up until your baby is born, to signpost you to information, answer any questions you might have or just to remind you that you’ve got this!
