  • I would highly recommend Anna and her hypnobirthing course. Originally I was going to sign up to NCT, but after speaking to Anna and finding out she provides a complete birth course I signed up and it was the best decision. The course covers all the information we needed for both myself and my birth partner, and I think going over all the stuff that the birth partner can offer and making them feel involved was really useful as this was the bit that I really needed during my labour. Anna is on hand whenever you need her. I had a few decisions that I needed to make in the week leading up to the birth and Anna helped us and sent over information and videos, and this was weeks after we finished her course. If you are considering Anna's course go for it , you won't regret it. Thank you for all your help Anna 😊

  • My partner and I completed an online Skype course with Anna and it completely changed my outlook and attitude towards birth in such a positive way. I went into my first session feeling very frightened and overwhelmed about the prospect of having a baby and with Anna’s help guiding us through the calm birth method we had the most beautiful experience. My baby was born a natural breech birth using only gas and air and the techniques Anna had given us. I would highly recommend this course to anyone! Especially those who are feeling anxious or nervous. It changed my life! Anna was there for us every step of the way and is always on hand for a chat or words of advice/encouragement. Although we never met in person a great connection between us was made and I’m grateful for everything she did.

  • For anyone considering hypnobirthing I would highly recommend a course with Anna. We opted for a private course with Anna who is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable and was a great support both during and after the course, and pre and post birth. I started the course feeling apprehensive and nervous about birth, but ended the course feeling positive, relaxed, informed and prepared. Despite the fact that my birth did not go to plan I managed to stay calm and relaxed throughout, even when faced with what would have previously been my worst case scenario, and I really feel that my birth experience was a positive one. The skills and techniques I learnt on the course were invaluable on the day. Thank You Anna for delivering a fantastic course and for all your support and guidance along the way.

  • After a few close friends had been positive about hypnobirthing, we decided to do a course, and were recommended the lovely Anna at Rock Your Birth. The sessions were brilliant, fun and so informative and interactive too (just imagine a balloon, a ping pong ball and a bemused father to be). We were given a lot more information that I’d originally expected, which was great. Anna throughout was just so lovely and calming, and outside of the sessions would just go above and beyond in helping and advising as new things cropped up in the pregnancy. You often go into these courses thinking you’ll just get what’s advertised but with Anna and Rock Your Birth you get so much more. Pregnancy can be such an anxious time and hypnobirthing is brilliant to not only bring calm to it through breathing control but to break down your thoughts, feelings, queries and actions before, during and after the birth. During my pregnancy a few issues arose and also the birth wasn’t as straightforward as we’d hoped, which included a stay both before and after the baby arrived, but a few midwives commented on how lovely and calm I was throughout and I know the hypnobirthing and breathing exercises helped massively with that. What’s great too is that you can use the same principles day to day too, so it was well worth doing the course and I would highly highly recommend it to anyone expecting.
